I have WXP Home, a 160gb HD. Asus Motherboard. I partitioned the C drive with Paragon 9 and moved all my data to the D drive due to some problems and had to format and reinstall windows on the C drive. when I finished and rebooted I could access everything. A short time later I could not access the D Drive, the error message said that I did not have permission. No explanation, Just locked out. I can access folders on the D drive if I search for a folder then copy them across from the search window into the C Drive, or if I boot into Safe Mode. That is no good. I need access from My Computer by clicking on the D Drive Icon. Any suggestions.

Hi guys. I am pre-ordering my Windows 7 but i still don't know whether to take the 32bit or 64bit. I mostly use my laptop for gaming, multimedia, photo editing and stuff. I have a fairly new computer, less than a year old.

Hi,
I am working on Windows mobile application c#.The application does the work of synchronization of data between the client and server database. Now my requirement is that we may have to send some updates to the client from the server e.g security alerts, database updates for which we need to generate RSS feeds and send it across the clients.
1)How can I create such feeds?RSS feed is xml based but how will i publish this document across the clients?I am not getting the basic idea behind it.
Please provide pointers to the above mentioned querries.

i was trying to install a lynksys wireless PC card...the installation seemed to go ok (i.e., no error messages flashed). at the end it tells me that some file is missing and reload. when i try to reload it say's the program is already loaded and when i try to remove it, it says "can't find some "un-install" file so cannot remove the program. for now i got around by loading/installing a wireless USB device to go on the net.
I was told that the only way to remove the stuck installation is to go into the registry and clean it. then i will be able to re-install.
Is there a way to un-install the program without going through the registry line-by-line? thanks .
